Isn't there some superstitious theory about bad things happening in threes?
In two days time I had three friends all go to the ER!
All went for different reasons and all are (not back to 100%) but OK now! How wierd is that! I rarely receive ditressed or frantic phone calls and the last two days have been chalk full of them!
I'm grateful I was able to help. I know each of these friends would have brought dinner to me, moped blood off my kitchen floor, watched my kids for me and slept on my couch in the middle of the night so I could head to the hospital!
Like I said, I am just grateful I could help, I know it could easily be me and my family instead and it makes me reflect on how lucky we are to have such great support here. I can't imagine trying to deal with trials alone!
Hopefully, the "trauma" is done for the week and the only "drama" I will see will be "New Moon" opening night!!
